Sun Railings operates as a factory-direct manufacturer — not a trader or reseller. All structural SS members are fabricated at the Jeedimetla plant, giving builders and PMC teams direct control over material grade, weld quality, finish and delivery schedule.

Engineering & Fabrication Capabilities

In-house engineering reviews consultant drawings for load path, fixing detail and glass make-up before fabrication release. CNC cutting, TIG welding, glass cutting and assembly run under single-factory QC. SS304 and SS316 grades, toughened and laminated glass to IS 2553, and MORTH crash barrier systems are produced from approved specifications — not catalogue substitutions.

Quality Assurance Procedures

Incoming material inspection, in-process weld checks, dimensional verification against approved drawings, and pre-dispatch visual inspection are standard on commercial programmes. Mill test certificates, IS 875 structural statements, IS 2553 glass certification and NBC 2016 height confirmations are supplied for PMC and building department submission at handover.

Project Execution Methodology

Commercial programmes follow a structured path: drawing submission and scope review, technical site assessment, specification alignment, phased fabrication release, factory completion, logistics to site, and installation coordinated to contractor tower or block milestones. Dedicated technical support is available from tender through handover for multi-discipline developments.
